Catch the CUe Branch at GCU

How Do I Get Set-Up?

Your account must be set up for Internet access before you can transact business through "CUe Branch." Each primary member must complete and deliver a completed and signed "CUe Branch" application to the Gulf Credit Union New Accounts Department. You will then be able to access your account by completing some simple instructions through "CUe Branch."

If you're already set up, go ahead: "Click" on the mouse. You'll go directly to the "CUe Branch" log on screen. Thanks for using your Credit Union!

Basic Instructions For Using CUe Branch

  1. Go online;
  2. Click on browser icon (either Netscape or Internet Explorer);
  3. Type in www.gecu.org on keyword line and go;
  4. (Our home page should be up) scroll down and click on CUe Branch (Home Banking);
  5. (You should now have a picture of the mouse) click on this picture;
  6. (You should see a button at top center) click on this button to get to log-in screen;
  7. (On log in screen, now) Your ID number is your account number, Pin is primary member's Social Security Number (no skips or dashes). Fill in the spaces these numbers and click on log in button at bottom (you may have to scroll down a bit);
  8. (You should have a taskbar at the top,accounts, transfers, etc.) click on maintenance, then when the option bars come up on the left side, click on the change Pin option at the bottom of the page;
  9. Fill in old Pin number (primary member's Social Security Number) and choose a new Pin number. Fill in the other two blanks and click on the change Pin option at the bottom of the page. Next, wait a few moments and you should get a screen confirming your changed pin number. This will be your Pin number from this point on; and
  10. Take a few moments and navigate around to check out what we have available to you online.
